Involved in developing Home Group meetings for married couples seeking God’s direction.

Currently oversee 462 sister churches in Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Belize, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, Argentina, Peru, Africa, Pakistan.

Developing and conducting pastor and leadership training schools overseas for the last ten years.

Administrator: Responsible for the growth and maintenance of the first and largest Spanish speaking television ministry in the United States and throughout 11 Spanish speaking countries. Preached extensively throughout Central America & Mexico in Crusades & Churches as well as through the media.

Co-anchor daily television 2-hour live program, teaching and preaching the Word of God. Daily ministering to the needs of married couples.

Director of Refugee Camps during the Nicaraguan and Salvadorian wars. Trained 63 refugee pastors to organize and minister to 74,000 refugees in four different refugee camps. The camps were dismantled after the war.

Responsible for the admission decision-making process of 3,700 plus Freshman & 1,200 plus Transfer applications. Responsible for increasing the enrollment to ensure the financial stability of the university as the university prepared to move from their downtown location in Los Angeles to the suburb in Burbank, CA. We were successful and my commitment was for one year. Upon successful completion I resigned to return to the full time responsibilities of the ministry.

Assistant Dean of Admissions & Financial Aid

Responsible for the admission decision-making process of 9,500 plus Freshman & 4,400 plus Transfer applications. Chief Liaison with the University’s Undergraduate Admission Committee (coordinate the decisions of the Admission Subcommittee), Development Office, College of Continuing Education, Testing Bureau (coordinate institutional SAT & ACT exams), Freshman Access Program, Student Athletic Advisement Program, NCAA representative for Men’s & Women’s Athletic Admission, Approved Letters of Intent. Responsible for developing a closer working relationship between the School of Religion and the Christian High Schools. Coordinated the $372 million dollar Financial Aid budget and a staff of 169 members.

Responsible for the management of the University’s nationwide efforts to recruit its undergraduate applicant pool, to convert admitted students into an enrolled class. Responsible for developing the policies and recruiting strategies that the 9 Assistant Directors, 2 Admission Officers, 9 Counselors, 6 Evaluators and support staff, supervised their accomplishments. Responsibilities encompassed three main areas: operational/managerial, public relations/ research and special projects. As well as administering a $2 million dollar operating budget. Traveled extensively and spoke at over 176 college night programs in high schools in 13 states.

Responsible for the location, identification, admission and retention, financial aid counseling of low-income and minority undergraduate, graduate and professional students for matriculation. Served as the public relations liaison for the University’s Affirmative Action program, conducted human relations training for academic departments, athletic department, and administrative departments, served as the graduate college liaison to academic departments by serving on 40 graduate and professional admission committees (including Law, Medical, Dental Pharmacy Schools). Assisted in the areas of needs analysis and packaging of financial aid awards. Recruited extensively throughout the United States. Visited and spoke at over 1900 high schools and 400 college & universities.

Field Coordinator--Teacher Corps-College of Education / Director of the Genero Vasquez Bilingual School.           

Coordinated student tutors to assist the many newly arrived Spanish-speaking students of migrant workers to learn the English language; participated in the development of the ESL Program and Teacher Corps Program which sensitized the public schools in Cedar Rapids, West Liberty, Muscatine, Nichols, Davenport & Iowa City to the needs of these students. Responsible for 4 Teacher Corp interns practicum at the Genaro Vasquez Bilingual School, which was the first program to recruit and train bilingual teachers in the State of Iowa, managed the staff and student enrollment of 500 migrant students.
