Registering Online Using the CTS Online Student Portal
1) Click on the Icon Above
2) Click on set up password
3) Type in the email address that you gave CTS (Covington Theological Seminary) on your application along with your name. If you have not given the school an email address or you are not sure exactly which one you gave, then you may call 706-866-5626 or email info@covingtonseminary.org and CTS will set you up or inform you (Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm).
4) Click search
5) You will want to save the numbers shown in the second block on the bottom of the window because this becomes your user id
6) Make a password (up to 8 digits only)
7) Your user id number and password is all that is needed to log in from now on - please write these down or save them electronically for future use.
To View Grades
1) Your grades will be on the homepage under Current Registrations as soon as you are logged in to the Student Portal.
How to Register for New Classes
1) From your homepage after you are logged in, click on "Add Registration" on the bottom, center of the page.
2) At the top under the section "Search for Classes", select the "Term Year" that you are going to attend and the "Location." Then, Click "Search."
3) This will bring up the available classes for this semester under "List of Available Classes." Click "Register" on the classes that you are going to take. It will bring up a new page. Click "Register" on it as well.
To Pay from this Web Url
1) Make sure that you are on the homepage. It is the one that you come to when you first logged in and it shows your past classes and grades.
2) In the center towards the top of the page, there is a link that says "Pay Now." Click on the link. This will bring you to the school's Paypal page for you to make a payment.
3) Your registration will not be accepted by CTS if your account is not up to date and your work in that course will not be accepted which means that you will not receive a grade ore credit for your work.
