This volume comprises an excellent introductory survey of Christian missions from 30 A.D. to the twentieth century.  Dr. Kane prepared this book under the prompting of Dr. David M. Howard (Director of Urbana 76), who believes that all committed Christians should have a working knowledge of the Christian world mission.

This book is used as the text book for course CH-131 History of Missions.
